LimoStudio 2000W Digital Photography Studio Softbox Lighting Light Kit
On November 26, 2012 I bought -LimoStudio 2000W Digital Photography Studio Softbox Lighting Light Kit- on Amazon.com. On Amazon.com it says that the product is sold by KimOutlet and that is fulfilled by Amazon. When I received the kit on all the paper work with it, it says (sold by Julius, INC.) and the only way to contact this company is through a Gmail e-mail. After I received the kit I put it together and found out that one of the five bulb sockets on one of the light holder adapters was not working, I tried different bulbs in hope that it is just a burned out bulb but not, the bulb socket was dead. I contacted Amazon since they are fulfilling the order, meaning they split 50/50 the responsibilities, and they offered free return shipping and full money refund. I bought this same photo lighting kit for the second time in hopes that this time everything will be fine. Not the case. After I put together the lights one of the bulbs on one of the lights caught on fire (literary) with smoke and horrible strong burned plastic smell. These lights use digital full spectrum light bulbs at 45 watts each and since they are photography bulbs they are expensive, the cheapest is $8 for one. I contacted Amazon again and they again offered me full refund and free return shipping, but what are the chances that 3rd time everything will be working fine, so I hanged up, and got on the phone with Amazon again and again. After 30 minutes on the phone with 4 different customer representatives they gave up and agreed to send me a one exactly the same photo light bulb for free with free shipping. I will never ever again buy anything from KimOutlet/Julius INC. or whatever the hell is the name of the company.

Garmin has a fantastic customer service!
2 months ago my Garmin Nuvi (Nüvi) 760 GPS broke after using it every day for 5 years. When I turned it on I could do anything with it, and worked fine for about 30 seconds, and then it would turn off on its own. I checked on Garmin.com to see if there are new firmware updates as the company often re-leases updates with hopes that perhaps new updates will fix the self shutting down. As I was checking for new updates for my device, I was shown a message on Garmin.com that my device has being re-called for technical issues, I filled a very simple online form and send it, within 1 hour I received an e-mail from Garmin with free shipping label and address to where to ship my not working GPS, and was told that it will take up to 3 weeks to either get my GPS back fixed. It took 4 weeks since Garmin doesn't work on week-ends, but I got a package with a letter, the letter says that since Garmin could not fix my device they are sending me a replacement, they send me Garmin Nuvi (Nüvi) 765. I am a very happy Garmin customer!

Semiconductor is a material whose ability is to conduct current and can be adjusted by changing the electrical "pressure" or voltage.
Transistor is a semiconductor device that uses a small amount of electric power to control the flow of a large amount of electric power.
Microprocessor contains all the circuit a computer needs to perform calculations; It also store data as a huge array of tiny electrical charges. This charges represent a sequence of two symbols or binary code. The code is based on two bites (binary digits) 0 (zero) and 1 (one)

Its
not how much money you have, its not what kind of transport you use
(bus, limo, private jet), its not which famous people you claim to know...
its the true you that really counts... Its all just smoke & mirrors
anyway. Right? Tell that to Tammy Day, and she will spit right in your face while laughing and calling you a looser. Tammy Day is a Texas mom who recently has spent $1,500 to help her daughter Brandy Day win the prom queen crown. The mom has spent the money not only for a giant billboard that you see on the roads but also on a newspaper ad, a colored ad to help her pupil gain votes in the running for High School prom queen.

WardrobeDivas Fashion Show by Elvira Zamora
In early March 2012 my partner in crime Sharla of Clubbin'Productiions and I (owner of HIH Studios) were invited to the Wardrobe Divas Fashion Show by the designer herself Elvira Zamora to cover the event photo and video wise. The event was during the Los Angeles Fashion Week (LAFW) and was held on the rooftop of Icon Ultra Lounge across the street from Staples Center in downtown L.A.. At the beginning as expected there was quiet a chaos while Barbara Jones of Bigoudi Salon was preparing the hairstyles of the models and final preparations for the night, however when the big hand hit "Show Time" everything and everyone was ready to kick of the fashion do's for 2012. The rooftop filled up nicely with over 200 people (not including paparazzi) and after everyone settled in the V.I.P. seats, the reserved booths, or just standing up around the podium with their favorite cocktail or drink from the well stocked bar, the fashion show began. All 12 models (some of which were Rebecca Lee Olejniczak, Arlene Sara, and Uzuri Amini) had 2 changes for the catwalk, the collection was simple yet elegant and -Summer time- was written all over it, nothing gypsy like at all. You can watch clip of the night which includes interviews as well as the models on the runway, below. For upgrading your closet visit Wardrobe Divas

Levi's Men 501 Original Fit - BAD BUY
Recently bought 501 Original Fit straight leg button-fly from Levi's store in Beverly Hills and I must say I am extremely disappointed. In the fitting room they were very comfortable there was a nice room between the jeans and my leg, and had a very comfortable room around my waist, so I asked floor assistant if after washing they would shrink to make sure what size I should buy, and he said that they would a little length wise, so I bought W34 L32. After only 2 washes the jeans started to feel like skinny jeans, they have to have lost at least 2 sizes in the waist and the width as well as in the length. There is absolutely no way they can pass for W34 L32 after only 2 washes.

Pillow Guide for Dudes
This post might be stupid to some, but very useful to males like me. Being a dude is great, right until you have to do some fancy pants stuff like pillow shopping. So I found a store near me called Anna's Linens that sells basic home things went there and bought and bought the second expensive pillow of the five types that they had in stock which is made by California Feather Industries, Inc. I guess that the $19.99 or $21.74 total should have told me that there is a sham. The cover doesn't not feel like cotton at all, at a touch feels like a polyester or nylon, and when your head moves on it it makes too much crackling noise, pretty ingoing when you try to sleep. And second, when you rest your head on it, the lower part of the pillow goes down as well so there is absolutely no support for your neck. So when you shop for pillow/s keep in mind that the more down ( layer of fine feathers found under the tougher exterior feathers) the better, and it is strongly recommended to bring a female with you, having an expert always pays off well.

Cleaning wipes for you electronics, review
The Garbage:
Endust
The Okay:
Windex
Even two months after purchasing this Windex wipes from the local Ralphs grocery store, they are still well moist. The Windex wipes tent to leave slight streak of residue on the screens of electronics, as well as break some tint particles loose.
The Best:
Read Right
The Read Right (RR) package offers 10 twin packs, 10 wet and 10 dry pads. This wiping pads, are by far the best, after 8 different brands were used. The tight seal of the packages keeps the wet pads wet for months, the moisture is gone almost immediately from the screens, leaving it clean and streak free, with no residue, and also no lint particles are left behind. This pads have been used on laptop screen, regular monitors, touch screen smart phones, LCD TVs, etc. and are simply amazing wipes.
Endust
On the can, it says "Pre-Moistened, Dries Streak-Free". That is when the can is new (unopened), two weeks after this can was purchased from Fry's Electronics there was no moisture left anywhere in this can. And yes after taking a wipe out the cap was closed tight. Also even when the wipes were wet at the very beginning, a wipe will completely dry out in about 10 seconds after taking it out. Endust wipes also leave very visible streak of residue. And if that is not bad enough, the wipes also leave behind an enormous amount of lint particles, so after you have "cleaned" with a Endust wipe, you still have to clean your electronic/s

How to to get out of your cell phone contract
First of all, the major cellular companies are legally required to have at least a 14-day grace period (used to be 30 days) allowing you to get rid of the contract without Early Termination Fee (ETF). You will still have to pay the activation fee. Smaller or regional cell carrier, often have month-to-month plan without the long term contract. If you are passed your trial days, and a contract with a big cell phone company, there is still hope.
Last year Verizon Wireless increased the “regulatory fee” from 13 cents per month to 16 cents per month. While this increase was neglected by virtually all Verizon members, Consumerist.com, a subsidiary of Consumer Reports, stated that even this 3 cents increase is enough to void a contract.
“It doesn't matter if it's $50, a penny, or in this case, 3 cents. It's still materially adverse,” noted the report.
Many member who called Verizon faced resistance, customer service representatives have said that this increase of 3 cents was immaterial. Other subscribers who were more persistent had difficulty getting out of their contracts without paying the ETFs, other users were given substantial amount of credits toward their account, while others received forgiveness on overage charges.
If you want to get out of your contract because of defective device or poor network signal near your work or place of living, and your cell phone carrier doesn't cooperate, contact the Federal Trade Commission or Better Business Bureau. Valid claims might convince the carrier that it is easier to let you free.
Websites like Celltradeusa.com and Cell Plan Depot people trade their cell phone contracts. You need to state the carrier, manufacturer, model and specific plan details like minutes, data options, and time left on contract, and how much is your monthly payment.
The big four companies try their best to discourage early termination. Although most will cut the fees by $10 for every month you were a member, even towards the very end of your contract, you will still have ETF of about $100. Towards the very end carriers will offer discounts on new/upgraded phones (with a new contract of course).
AT&T has early termination fee of $325, minus $10 per month of service used. For instance if you have been using the phone five months then decide to end your contract, it will cost you $325 minus $50 (plus any fees you have accrued).

Airbus A380 worth more than a human life!
This is the second time in few weeks that hairline cracks have been discovered inside the mammoth double-decker jet, which began service four years ago, these finds are expected to lead to expanded safety checks.
Airbus said the cracks were found on numerous of "non-critical" brackets inside the wings of two aircraft during routine two-year inspections, after similar flaws were found in five other aircraft in early January. Airbus have also said that the cracks did not prevent the A380 from flying safely, however the Australian engineering body which makes routine servicing and engine checks on the A380 operated by Qantas Airways said Airbus's reaction was concerning.
"They (Airbus) have described these as tiny cracks, but every crack starts off as a tiny crack and they can grow very quickly," stated Stephen Purvinas, Federal Secretary of the Australian Licensed Aircraft Engineers Association. " I would be worried that Airbus aren't taking seriously the ever increasing number of cracks being found in the wings of their A380 aircraft. Put it this way, I wouldn't put my family on an A380 at the moment" he said.
In November 2010 in a flight from Singapore a Quantas A380 was damaged by an engine blowout shortly after take off.
All this makes me curious about how much exactly is the price tag of a human life according to Airbus, and why the company has not grounded any of the superjumbos for a complete check?
